Junior Membership Movie Any person who has reached his or her 21st birthday, and has not yet reached the age of 35, and who shall have been elected by the Board of Directors in the manner hereinafter provided, shall be eligible for Junior membership. A junior member shall not own stock in the Club and shall have no voting rights. A junior member shall have all the privileges of the Club and shall upon reaching the age of 35 elect one of the following: - Become a stockholder member at the current initiation fee (if applicable) or
- Become a social member
